Tealstone Residential & Commercial Concrete is looking for a strong Billing Clerk to support our fast-paced concrete operations team in Denton, TX.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Support daily billing and invoicing activities
2. Enter measurements and billing items into the job tracking system
3. Review invoices and purchase orders for accuracy
4. Communicate with accounting, billing teams, and field superintendents
5. Send customer invoices and maintain billing records
6. Assist with front desk support, deliveries, and office coordination

What We're Looking For

1. Strong attention to detail and organization skills
2. Experience with data entry and 10-key
3. Comfortable working in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
4. Ability to multitask in a busy office environment
5. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
6. Someone who is dependable, team-oriented, and ready to jump in where needed
