About the Position

Evolve ABA Care is seeking an experienced, outgoing, and motivated Community Outreach & Marketing Specialist to help expand our referral network and strengthen our presence throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth community.

This is a hands-on outreach position focused on building and maintaining strong referral relationships with schools, daycares, pediatricians, doctors' offices, therapy providers, psychologists, diagnosticians, community organizations, and other professionals serving children and families.

The ideal candidate has previous ABA marketing and referral development experience and understands how to build meaningful professional relationships that lead to referrals and long-term partnerships.

In addition to community outreach, this position will manage Evolve ABA Care's social media presence and assist with marketing materials, community events, and other initiatives that increase awareness of our services.

Key Responsibilities

Referral Development & Community Outreach

• Identify and develop new referral sources throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

• Build relationships with pediatricians, doctors' offices, schools, daycares, preschools, psychologists, diagnosticians, speech and occupational therapy practices, mental health providers, case managers, social workers, and other community organizations.

• Conduct regular in-person visits to referral sources to introduce Evolve ABA Care and educate providers about our ABA therapy services.

• Create and maintain a structured monthly visitation schedule for referral partners.

• Maintain consistent communication with existing referral sources and strengthen those relationships over time.

• Identify new organizations and professionals that could become potential referral partners.

• Schedule meetings and presentations with referral sources when appropriate.

• Deliver marketing materials and keep referral partners informed about Evolve ABA Care's services and availability.

• Track outreach visits, contacts, follow-ups, referrals, and results.

• Follow up consistently with potential referral sources after initial meetings.

• Represent Evolve ABA Care at community events, school events, resource fairs, networking opportunities, and other local events.

• Assist with planning and coordinating community outreach and marketing events.

• Work closely with leadership and the intake team to support referral growth and identify new opportunities.

Social Media & Marketing

• Manage Evolve ABA Care's social media accounts.

• Create, schedule, and publish professional and engaging content.

• Highlight community involvement, company events, team activities, ABA awareness, hiring initiatives, and company updates.

• Capture appropriate photos and videos at company and community events for marketing purposes.

• Help increase Evolve ABA Care's online presence, engagement, and brand awareness.

• Assist with creating flyers, brochures, marketing materials, and outreach campaigns.

• Maintain consistent and professional branding across marketing platforms.

• Develop new ideas for promoting Evolve ABA Care both online and throughout the community.

Performance Expectations

This is a results-focused position . The successful candidate will be expected to take ownership of Evolve ABA Care's community outreach and referral development efforts.

Performance will be evaluated based on:

• Consistently identifying and developing new qualified referral sources.

• Maintaining a structured weekly and monthly outreach schedule with consistent in-person activity.

• Ensuring established referral partners are contacted and visited regularly.

• Building meaningful relationships with schools, daycares, pediatricians, doctors' offices, therapy providers, and other key referral sources.

• Maintaining timely and consistent follow-up with referral partners and new contacts.

• Generating measurable growth in qualified ABA referrals and referral partnerships over time.

• Accurately tracking outreach visits, contacts, follow-ups, referral sources, and outcomes.

• Maintaining an organized referral pipeline and providing regular updates on outreach activity and results.

• Maintaining a consistent, professional, and engaging social media presence.

• Proactively identifying new marketing opportunities, community partnerships, and events.

• Representing Evolve ABA Care professionally throughout the community.

The expectation is not simply to complete visits or distribute marketing materials. Success in this role means building relationships, creating new referral opportunities, maintaining existing partnerships, and contributing to measurable growth in Evolve ABA Care's referral network.

Experience & Qualifications

• Previous experience in ABA marketing, community outreach, or ABA referral development is required.

• 2+ years of marketing, outreach, or referral development experience preferred.

• Must have an understanding of the ABA industry and how ABA referral relationships are developed and maintained.

• Previous experience building relationships with pediatricians, physicians, schools, daycares, therapy providers, psychologists, diagnosticians, or other autism and pediatric referral sources.

• Existing professional relationships within the Dallas–Fort Worth/McKinney ABA, healthcare, education, or pediatric community are a strong plus.

• Experience attending community events, resource fairs, networking events, and professional outreach events.

• Experience managing professional social media accounts and creating engaging business content.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.

• Comfortable visiting offices in person, introducing yourself, and developing new professional relationships.

• Ability to independently manage an outreach calendar and maintain consistent contact with referral partners.

• Results-driven and comfortable being accountable for outreach activity and referral growth.

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the local area for meetings, referral visits, and events.
