Position Overview:

As a Payroll Specialist at American Benefits Company, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of payroll procedures, exceptional attention to detail, and proficiency in software such as Prism, Excel, and other Office365 applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for clients accurately and on time.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Collaborate with clients to address any payroll-related inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of employee data and payroll transactions.
• Utilize Prism, Excel, and other Office365 software for payroll processing and reporting.
• Assist in the development and improvement of payroll processes.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in payroll processing preferred.
• Basic understanding of payroll regulations and compliance.
• Proficiency in Prism, Excel, and other Office 365 applications.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

9am-5pm in office, Springville UT

Pay: $18-20 an hour based on experience
