Physician Compensation Analyst

Location: Lee Health Corporate Center - 4211 Metro Parkway, Fort Myers FL 33916 Department: Physician Compensation Work Type: Full Time Shift: Shift 1/8:00:00AM to 4:30:00PM Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $25.06 - $32.58 / hour Summary Responsible for executing recurring provider compensation workflows, maintaining and validating compensation and productivity data, and serving as the primary operational point of contact for stakeholders of assigned specialties. Produces standard compensation and productivity reports, tracks assigned work and turnaround times, supports specialty-specific communications, and prepares documentation and data required for FMV analyses, PCCSC submissions, and other compensation governance reviews. Requirements Education: Bachelors degree required. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare administration, finance, analytics, operations, or a related field required. Direct physician compensation experience preferred. Certification: N/A License: N/A Other: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, apply attention to detail in compliance-focused workflows, and communicate effectively with physicians and internal stakeholders. Demonstrates professionalism, collaboration, sound judgement and accountability in a regulated environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills required. Experience with business applications required, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, or similar tools used for analysis, documentation, reporting and communication.
