Treasury Specialist

About the Job A growing, multi-location services company backed by private equity is looking for a Senior Treasury Analyst to lead day-to-day cash management and banking operations across its portfolio of entities. This is a hands‑on role responsible for liquidity optimization, cash forecasting, and financial controls within a high‑transaction‑volume business. The right candidate has solid treasury fundamentals, enjoys improving existing banking processes, and can build and maintain rolling cash forecasts. This person will also be comfortable working within a layered corporate structure and collaborating closely with senior leadership, Accounting, FP&A, and Operations teams. This is primarily an in‑office role, with limited remote flexibility. Key Responsibilities Cash Management & Forecasting Track daily cash positions across a large portfolio of bank accounts and business entities to maintain liquidity at both the local and company‑wide level Build and maintain rolling short‑term and long‑term cash flow forecasts, and analyze variances against prior projections Optimize cash positioning to ensure funding is available where and when it’s needed Banking & Transactions Oversee banking relationships, including opening, maintaining, and closing accounts as the business requires Administer banking system access and perform periodic reviews of user permissions Initiate and approve wire transfers, ACH payments, and intercompany funding movements according to approval hierarchies Investigate and resolve banking discrepancies, fees, and service issues Evaluate and implement bank products such as cash sweeps and overnight investment vehicles to improve yield and efficiency Review monthly cash reconciliations prepared by the accounting team, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of open items Maintain strong internal controls around cash handling and disbursement processes Support internal and external audit requests Debt & Capital Structure Support Help maintain debt schedules, track interest obligations, and monitor covenant compliance Prepare periodic reporting for lenders, investors, and internal leadership Process Improvement & Reporting Drive process improvements that increase accuracy and reduce manual work Build reporting and dashboards that give leadership visibility into cash trends Support system integration projects spanning payroll, ERP, and banking platforms Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 4+ years of progressive treasury, finance, or accounting experience, ideally including exposure to multi‑entity operations, with at least 2 years focused specifically on treasury Solid grasp of cash forecasting, banking operations, and financial control frameworks Familiarity with ERP systems and treasury or banking platforms Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast‑moving environment Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving instincts Analytical, data‑driven approach to decision‑making Strong cross‑functional communication and influencing skills High degree of integrity and accountability #J-18808-Ljbffr
