You will make 80+ calls a day and spend approximately 2.5-3 hours on the phone speaking with business owners who are owed money by other businesses. Your job is to ask questions, understand their problem, and sell the benefit of our contingency-based commercial collection services. Sounds simple? It's not. One of the biggest mistakes salespeople make is “talking at” people. Our best sales reps ask great questions. They listen. They dig deeper. They pick up on what isn't being said. You'll complete a quick typing test and meet with one of our managers to talk more about the role and see if it feels like a good fit on both sides.
