Qualifications Experience in real estate sales with a proven track record of closing deals and building a client base. Ability to effectively utilize CRM systems for managing client interactions and ensuring timely follow‑ups. Proven track record of conducting successful buyer and seller consultations, leveraging provided scripts and frameworks. Ability to showcase properties through engaging open houses and showings, highlighting unique features and benefits. Experience working collaboratively with transaction teams to ensure accurate and efficient paperwork completion. Strong local knowledge of Jacksonville, FL, to answer client questions about homes and neighborhoods. Ability to build genuine relationships with clients, understanding their needs and guiding them to their dream home.
