• Laborist -- 14-hr weeknight shifts 5 pm - 7 am or 24-hr weekends
• Up to 16 shifts per month covered
• High volume -- approx. 200 births per month
• C-section rate at 30%
• Deliveries, C-sections, rounding, and major surgery capability required
• High-risk maternal care required
• In-house call position at hospital
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
