Junior Motion Designer

We7re looking for a designer who knows the difference between making something pretty and making something matter. We celebrated. Then we went back to work. Now were looking for a junior to mid-level designer with 2+ years of experience who wants more than production work. Someone who likes typography. Loves ideas. Cares about craft. Obsessively nudges things one pixel to the left e then back again because it was better the first time. Youull work on branding, campaigns, social, packaging, motion, environmental design, digital experiences, the occasional weird idea that somehow becomes the clients favorite, and plenty of things that dont fit neatly into a job description. Must Have: 2+ years of design experience. Strong branding and motion design skills. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Comfort exploring and adopting new tools, workflows, and ways of making. The ability to adapt across a range of visual styles, not just one personal aesthetic. Nice to Have Experience working with CPG brands. UI/UX and digital design experience. Were in the office in Hudson Square Tuesday through Thursday, plus every other Monday.
