We are seeking a seasoned and proactive Operations Manager to lead and optimize our day-to-day landscape operations. This pivotal role focuses on efficient project execution, resource management, team development, and high-level client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of strong leadership, technical expertise, and operational discipline to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and at the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and hold accountable multiple landscape crews and field supervisors across diverse project types (landscape, hardscape, irrigation) Plan and schedule work for maximum efficiency Implement systems and processes for improved job tracking, logistics, and equipment readiness Manage ordering and inventory for all job-related materials and equipment Qualifications: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in landscape construction or maintenance operations At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role Strong understanding of landscape, irrigation, and hardscape installation techniques Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and grow talent Highly organized with strong time management and problem-solving skills Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus Proficiency in project management tools, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Competitive salary (based on experience) Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays If you're ready to take your career to the next level, we'd love to hear from you.
