Superintendent - Commercial Construction

General Contractor

Our client is a growing General Contractor in South Florida with a lot of Miami work in the pipeline. They focus ground up and interiors projects for (doctors offices, religious facilities, restaurants and retail).

Job Description

• Run and maintain a successful commercial project day to day
• Run OAC Meetings and tool box talks
• Coordinate with sub-contractors, architects, engineers, owners and PM on job
• Update project milestones and schedule
• Manage or support the change management process, by updating logs, routing source documents to vendors, obtaining pricing, developing estimates and proposals, wiring change orders and other related activities.
• Establish, monitor, communicate, and maintain project schedules utilizing contemporary scheduling software.
• Maintain and regularly produce reports utilizing a combination of Procore Project Management Software and the Microsoft Office programs

The Successful Applicant

• 7+ years of experience in commercial construction
• 4 year degree; construction management, engineering, architecture or similar (Preferred)
• Experience working on interior renovations up to $1M to $5M With Class A Finishes
• 3 + years leading commercial construction projects
• Ground Up Project experience (REQUIRED)
• Ability to cover West Palm Beach to Port St. Lucie
