Position Details

• Location: Syracuse, NE (68446)
• Hours:
  • Evenings Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 4:15p - 6p
  • Evenings Friday 2p - 6p
• Client Specifics: 13-year old with a g-tube

What You'll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings
• Assess and monitor your patient's condition and communicate changes with the care team
• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies
• Provide trach, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and support families through education
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment

Pay Range

Starting pay is based on license, relevant experience, and qualifications.
