The Role We are seeking a results-driven and operational Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruiting team, drive hiring initiatives, and ensure seamless delivery across all stages of the recruitment lifecycle. In this role you will be responsible for managing recruiter performance against targets, leading talent pipeline reporting, overseeing hiring events, supporting process optimizations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and managing key strategic cross-functional projects. This role will report directly to the Director of Talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Performance & Target Management: Manage daily and weekly recruiter performance to ensure team members achieve and exceed baseline target and stretch goals
• Pipeline Analytics & Reporting: Deliver consistent daily and weekly talent pipeline reporting to keep leadership updated on key metrics and sourcing efficiency.
• Hiring Event Execution: Provide end-to-end oversight of hiring event delivery and execution to attract and convert top candidates.
• Team Onboarding, Training & Leadership: Lead team onboarding, continuous training, coaching, and performance management to build a high-performing talent acquisition team.
• Process Optimization & SOPs: Support continuous improvement initiatives, candidate communication standards, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) across the recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Special Projects: Execute assigned special projects, including the HTH Referral Bonus and community based/local initiatives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with cross-functional teams (HRIS, HRBP, Benefits, and Legal) to maintain recruitment system documents, compliance, and process integrity.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with 2+ years of experience leading, coaching, or managing recruitment teams.
• Metric-Driven Leadership: Demonstrated track record of driving recruiters to hit daily/weekly KPIs and stretch goals.
• Event & Project Management: Proven ability to manage large-scale hiring events and lead specialized TA projects.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Strong capability to collaborate with HRIS, HR Business Partners, Benefits, and Legal teams to ensure compliance and system integrity.
• Process Focus: Experience developing and refining SOPs for candidate communication, recruitment, and onboarding workflows.
• Strong oral and written communication skills
