Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings, utilizing clinical interview techniques and symptom inventories to identify clients' mental health concerns.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions focused on building rapport, trust, and motivation, as well as leading group therapy sessions centered on common mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid licensure in Florida as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Doctor of Psychology.

• An understanding of evidence-based practices for mental health disorders, including but not limited to CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing.
