Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking an Oracle Cloud STP & ATR Implementation Lead on behalf of our client in New York, NY. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for leading end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations supporting mergers, acquisitions, and enterprise integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Source-to-Pay (STP) and Acquire-to-Retire (ATR) processes and have a proven track record of delivering Oracle Cloud projects from discovery and design through deployment and post-go-live stabilization.

Key Responsibilities

Oracle Cloud Implementation Leadership

• Lead full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations from discovery through hypercare and production support.

• Conduct business process assessments, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization activities.

• Drive implementation planning, execution, governance, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ensure successful onboarding of acquired businesses into the Oracle Cloud ecosystem.

Source-to-Pay (STP)

Lead implementation and configuration activities for:

• Oracle Purchasing

• Self-Service Procurement

• Supplier Portal

• Oracle Sourcing

• Supplier Qualification Management

• Supplier Contracts

• Oracle Payables

Acquire-to-Retire (ATR)

Lead implementation and configuration activities for:

• Oracle Fixed Assets

• Asset Capitalization

• Asset Additions and Transfers

• Asset Retirement

• Asset Accounting and Reporting

M&A and Enterprise Integration

• Support mergers, acquisitions, business integrations, and ERP carve-out initiatives.

• Manage supplier onboarding, master data migration, asset conversion, and transactional data migration.

• Oversee cutover planning, Day 1 readiness activities, and post-go-live stabilization.

• Standardize procurement and asset management processes across newly integrated organizations.

Solution Design & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with Finance, Procurement, Accounting, Engineering, and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

• Facilitate solution workshops, functional reviews, and design sessions.

• Develop functional design documents, configuration workbooks, business process flows, and test scenarios.

Integration, Testing & Deployment

• Lead functional design, validation, and testing of integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud and enterprise applications.

• Manage System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and deployment readiness activities.

• Support production deployments and transition solutions to support teams.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation experience.

• Minimum of three full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations from discovery through hypercare.

• Strong hands-on configuration experience with:

  • Oracle Procurement Cloud

  • Oracle Payables

  • Oracle Fixed Assets

• Deep expertise in Source-to-Pay (STP) and Acquire-to-Retire (ATR) business processes.

• Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, ERP carve-outs, or enterprise transformation programs.

• Proven experience with supplier onboarding, master data migration, transactional data conversion, and legal entity onboarding.

• Strong understanding of procurement workflows, supplier management, invoice processing, fixed asset accounting, and reporting.

• Experience managing production deployments, cutovers, and go-live activities.

• Ability to independently lead complex Oracle Cloud implementations and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating Oracle Fusion Cloud with procurement platforms such as Zip.

• Knowledge of REST APIs, middleware technologies, and enterprise integrations.

• Experience with Oracle Cloud data conversion, workflow automation, and reporting solutions.

• Background supporting large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives within complex enterprise environments.
