Partner - Head of US Entity New York City (Remote East/Mid) Up to 600,000 total compensation This is a rare opportunity to launch and scale the US arm of a fastgrowing Data and AI consulting practice. You will shape market strategy, build new business from the ground up, and set the foundations for longterm commercial success. If you are driven by autonomy, entrepreneurial impact, and highvalue consulting work, this role offers a compelling next step. The Company They are a specialist strategy and data consulting firm with a strong track record supporting enterprise clients on highimpact transformation programmes. Alongside a wellestablished global presence, they are now expanding into the US and are making their first senior hire to lead and grow this market. With a boutique culture, low bureaucracy, and a deep focus on quality, they offer a highly collaborative environment and strong commercial backing. The Role As Partner and Head of the US Entity, you will be responsible for establishing the firm's presence and driving commercial growth across the region. You will: * Generate new revenue and open doors with Clevel stakeholders * Sell Data and AI transformation programmes to enterprise clients * Build longterm client relationships and secure flagship accounts * Lead the commercial development of the US business * Shape the gotomarket strategy and activate existing network opportunities * Lay the groundwork for future team growth as the practice scales Your Skills and Experience You will be a strong match for this role if you have: * Proven commercial capability in consulting, ideally selling Data or AI transformation work * Experience building business from scratch and initiating new market growth * Ability to engage credibly with Clevel decisionmakers * A strong network in the US market * Clear, confident communication skills * A US base and nativelevel English What They Offer * Competitive base salary around 200,000 to 300,000 with potential for higher * Total compensation typically between 400,000 and 600,000 * Performancelinked bonus * Equity participation * Full autonomy to shape the US business * Entrepreneurial environment within an established global firm How to Apply If you are looking to lead and scale a Data and AI consulting practice in the US, please apply with your most recent resume.
