Work Environment\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Bon Ridge Wellness, you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while working from a home office or other remote location. This role emphasizes collaboration with team members, utilizing teletherapy tools and electronic health record (EHR) systems to facilitate patient care. You will receive full administrative support to enable you to focus on delivering high-quality therapy and counseling services.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments to evaluate patients' mental health status and develop individualized treatment plans based on their unique needs.

• Provide therapeutic services through various modalities, including individual, group, and family counseling, employing diverse techniques and interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

• Utilize an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system to document patient interactions and maintain complete confidentiality of client records, adhering to all legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources to generate effective treatment options and referrals, ensuring comprehensive support for clients.

• Regularly evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback, fostering an environment of open communication to encourage client engagement and empowerment.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, maintaining licensure and staying up-to-date with current practices and methodologies in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and families grappling with various mental health issues, such as depression, anxiety, communication barriers, and family conflicts. You will be instrumental in fostering resilience and facilitating recovery within these populations, creating a safe space where clients feel understood, valued, and supported.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of a valid and unencumbered license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC issued by the State of California.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience providing diagnostic assessments and therapeutic services to a varied demographic, demonstrating a history of successful patient outcomes.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, allowing for effective patient interaction and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this role is competitive, between USD 120,000 and 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
