ASP Internship Opportunity ASP is a leading global provider of innovative sterilization and disinfection solutions. You will be part of a team essential to ensuring the excellence of our clients' experience, working in partnership with operations, logistics, and commercial teams. As a Customer Service Intern, you will: Attend to clients via phone, 0800, email, and system (Salesforce) Manage orders from your portfolio, ensuring updates and proper execution Track refusals and returns with carriers, clients, and commercial teams Prepare reports for strategic clients Support the organization of emergency deliveries with carriers and warehouse Identify time frame risks (SLA) and notify responsible areas Collaborate with other activities in the area as needed Required qualifications include: Currently pursuing a higher education degree (from the 3rd semester onwards, in any field) Availability to intern 30 hours per week in a hybrid model Good verbal and written communication skills Organization, proactivity, and a desire to learn Preferred but not required: Interest in customer service, operations, logistics, or customer experience (CX) Familiarity with customer service tools or CRM (e.g., Salesforce) Benefits include: Competitive stipend Hybrid work model Real opportunities for development and growth Collaborative, inclusive, and open to new ideas environment Interaction with strategic areas of the company Structured learning program and support Fortive Corporation Overview: Fortive's essential technology makes the world safer and more productive.
