KRE Security, LLC is hiring Act 235 Armed Security Officers for flexible part-time and per diem assignments throughout Perry County and surrounding areas . Looking for extra income, occasional shifts, or an opportunity for a more consistent schedule? We offer assignments based on your availability and operational needs. What We Offer
- Starting pay of $22.00/hour , assignment-dependent
- +$0.25/hour Military & LEO Differential for eligible veterans, active-duty military, and active/retired LEO
- Flexible part-time and per diem scheduling
- Day, evening, and weekend shifts
- Opportunities for additional hours
- Potential for consistent, long-term, or full-time assignments
- Supportive scheduling and management team
- Armed security throughout Perry County and surrounding areas
- School events and athletic activities
- Day, evening, and weekend assignments
- Additional assignments based on client and operational needs
- Maintain a visible, professional security presence
- Monitor assigned areas, entrances, and exits
- Conduct patrols as required
- Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies
- Complete required reports and documentation
- Follow post orders, site procedures, and company policies
- Communicate professionally with clients, employees, supervisors, and the public
- Identify and report suspicious or unusual activity
- Perform armed security duties safely and professionally
- Must be 21+ years of age
- Valid Pennsylvania Act 235 certification as required for the assignment
- Meet all applicable Pennsylvania armed-security requirements
- Maintain required firearms qualifications/certifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation when required
- Ability to pass required background screening
- Reliable attendance and professional conduct
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Complete KRE Security's required in-person orientation
- Complete all required state-mandated training and certifications applicable to the assignment
