• Lead & Develop Talent:  Manage coach and inspire a team of sales associates to consistently exceed targets
• Drive Revenue:  Execute high-volume outbound strategies and build strong client relationships
• Build Winning Strategies:  Set clear goals and implement scalable results-driven sales processes
• Create Accountability:  Track performance identify gaps and elevate team output through coaching and feedback
• Spot Opportunities:  Identify new markets and grow strategic client partnerships
• Own the Numbers:  Analyze KPIs forecasts and pipeline health to guide decision-making
• Represent AST:  Be a visible leader at client meetings industry events and networking opportunities

• 5 years leading sales teams with a track record of hitting or exceeding aggressive goals
• Proven success in  high-volume outbound / cold calling environments (required)
• Strong leadership style with a hands-on lead-by-example approach
• Exceptional communication coaching and closing skills
• Solid understanding of the commercial real estate landscape
• Comfortable using CRM tools and data to drive performance
• Passion for building developing and retaining top talent

Compensation is $100000/year plus bonus and commission
