Associate Director, US Market Engagement – Vaccines and Infectious Disease The Associate Director will develop and communicate data‑driven insights that shape and operationalize launch strategies, driving brand growth and commercial objectives within the DHH US Market Engagement Team. Key Responsibilities Develop and interpret market maps to identify competitive landscapes and whitespace opportunities. Conduct targeting and segmentation analyses to optimize HCP and patient outreach strategies. Analyze launch performance metrics such as uptake curves, prescription trends, and market share shifts. Define and operationalize AI‑assisted launch workflows that support planning, execution, and performance management. Partner with technical and business teams to pilot AI‑enabled workflows that improve launch coordination, insight synthesis, and issue escalation. Identify, introduce, and operationalize cutting‑edge methodologies, ensuring scalable, compliant, and auditable AI‑assisted launch workflows. Mine and analyze data leveraging advanced analytical/statistical techniques from disparate databases/sources (claims data, EMR, social media, etc.) to drive optimization and improvement of therapy area commercial strategies. Deliver high‑quality analyses on time, with compliance and excellent user experience, routinely keeping the client base updated on progress. Effectively convey and positively influence stakeholders through data‑driven storytelling and actionable insights. Minimum Qualifications Minimum of a Bachelor’s (BS or equivalent) in Marketing, Business Strategy, Business Consulting, Data Science, Computer Science, or an equivalent scientific/commercial discipline. Preferred: MBA or Master’s or Doctorate in Decision Science, Marketing, Engineering, Public Health, Biological Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Medical Sciences. Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience using data science and/or analytical techniques to deliver measurable impact in the commercial pharma landscape. Experience in launch strategy, portfolio analytics, or global/US commercialization for a specialty or vaccine asset. Agentic proficiency with large‑language models (Claude, Gemini, or similar) and aptitude for designing, executing, and refining AI‑driven workflows for real‑world applications. Proficiency in developing machine learning and descriptive algorithms/modeling using Python, R, or similar languages. Experience mining medical claims/EMR, social media, and other data sources with a strategic mindset and a proven record of producing actionable business insights that drive positive commercial results. Strong communication and storytelling skills grounded on data insights, with experience presenting results to various levels of franchise management (PowerPoint, PowerBI, etc.). Effective stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to convey insights confidently to colleagues from diverse backgrounds and seniority levels. Organizational skills to navigate complex matrix environments and prioritize work efficiently. Location & Work Arrangement Upper Gwynedd, PA or Rahway, NJ. The role will be hybrid, with the selected candidate expected to be in the office at least three days per week. Salary Range & Compensation Salary range: $156,900.00 – $247,000.00. The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long‑term incentive, if applicable.
