Financial Analyst

Responsibilities Analyze operational (Opex) and capital expenditure (Capex) data to determine the cost of delivering IT services within a Shared Services organization. Develop a thorough understanding of the IT cost structure and identify opportunities to improve cost transparency, efficiency, and reporting. Perform financial analysis and interpret complex datasets to provide actionable insights and recommendations for cost optimization. Conduct IT cost benchmarking analyses by comparing internal cost structures against industry standards and best practices. Design, build, and maintain Excel-based chargeback models to allocate IT service costs accurately to internal business customers. Develop advanced Excel financial models, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business decision-making. Prepare clear and concise presentations in PowerPoint to communicate benchmarking results, financial analyses, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders. Identify trends, variances, and cost drivers, providing recommendations for process improvements and cost management initiatives. Evaluate proposed changes to methodologies, cost allocation models, and financial assumptions to assess their business impact. Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial data and reporting. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, FP&A Analyst, IT Financial Analyst, or in a similar analytical role. Strong understanding of IT financial management, including Opex, Capex, IT cost structures, and chargeback/showback methodologies. Experience performing financial benchmarking and comparative cost analyses. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate findings into business recommendations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
