The Director of Operations will oversee company-wide operations and report directly to the Board of Directors. This role will lead cross-functional teams while scaling operations, building infrastructure, managing organizational change, and improving efficiency during the first year. No travel is expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategy across the company.
• Optimize processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Manage performance through clear goals, metrics, and accountability.
• Oversee budgets and allocate resources effectively.
• Develop and implement operational policies.
• Manage compliance, risk mitigation, and organizational change.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships.
• Prepare operational reports and recommendations for the Board of Directors.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations management.
• Experience with operations management and strategic planning.
• Demonstrated expertise in process improvement and change management.
• Experience managing budgets and analyzing KPIs.
• Knowledge of risk management practices.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
