About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of GTM Enablement to establish and lead a unified enablement function across sales, sales development, and customer success. The role will set the function’s strategy, operating model, priorities, and roadmap, while developing a team of role-based enablement leaders. Responsibilities include building onboarding, training, certification, and field programs; equipping teams with role-specific methodologies; and translating product capabilities into relevant commercial messaging. The leader will also develop AI-enabled knowledge delivery and content governance, partner with cross-functional teams on launch readiness, and measure enablement’s impact on revenue outcomes. Candidates should have 10–12 or more years of experience in go-to-market, revenue, or sales enablement within a B2B software environment, including a track record of scaling teams and supporting multiple sales and customer success motions. They should understand complex sales cycles and be able to connect enablement programs to outcomes such as ramp time, win rates, and retention. Experience with sales methodologies, adult learning, and training across live, virtual, and self-paced formats is required. Hands-on familiarity with learning management systems, sales readiness tools, customer relationship management systems, and AI-enabled applications is expected; experience in digital experience, content management, or marketing technology is an advantage. A bachelor’s degree is required.
