Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices for patients experiencing various mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, and PTSD.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate emotional, behavioral, and social functioning, enabling the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on therapeutic feedback and clinical best practices.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and coping strategies while providing access to community resources for additional support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
