Location: Greater Andover Area, MA (Hybrid 1 day onsite) Employment Type: Contract Status: Accepting Candidates About the role Seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to support defense and aerospace programs by managing contractual agreements, ensuring regulatory compliance, and mitigating risk. This role works cross-functionally with legal, procurement, and project teams to support contract execution throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Review, analyze, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and legal agreements Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, ITAR, and export control regulations Monitor contract performance, deliverables, and obligations across the project lifecycle Identify and mitigate contractual risks, liabilities, and compliance issues Collaborate with legal, procurement, and project teams on contract matters Maintain contract documentation, templates, and standard procedures Qualifications 5+ years of experience in contracts management within Aerospace or Defense industry Strong knowledge of FAR and DFARS regulations Experience with government / defense contracts and compliance requirements Familiarity with contract negotiation, administration, and risk management Bachelor’s degree in business, law, or related field Understanding of technical and legal terminology related to defense contracts Compensation (MA Pay Transparency) Estimated hourly range: $50–$55/hr (W-2) Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results. #J-18808-Ljbffr
