Civil Engineer - ConstructionPosition OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer with a PE license to join a well respected, stable company that's grown every year for 5+ years.This is an opportunity to join a company that provides industry-leading benefits to our employees and the chance to work on interesting projects.This role involves working on various temporary structures, including bridges and deep foundations, and applying engineering principles to solve complex construction challenges.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.Design and analyze temporary structures such as bridges, cofferdams, and falsework.Manage crane lifts, erection sequencing, and staged construction activities to ensure safe and efficient operations.Conduct site inspections and quality control evaluations to ensure construction work meets project specifications.Collaborate with project management to develop project plans, estimates, and timelines.Provide on-site engineering support and guidance to construction teams during all phases of the project.Mentor junior engineers and support team development through effective leadership and communication.Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure adherence to safety protocols on all job sites.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fieldProfessional Engineer (PE) license 5+ years professional civil engineer experiencePreferred Qualifications Experience with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Finite Element Analysis SoftwareBridge experienceBenefits100% medical coverage for employee and employee's family (no copay, not deducted from your check - 100% coverage for medical, dental, & vision)Exceptional PTO benefits (15 days to start + Christmas-New Years off)
