Senior Paid Search Specialist Location: On-Site, 5 Days – Los Angeles, CA Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: $80,000/yr - $100,000/yr About the Opportunity TalentoHC is partnering with a leading organization seeking a Senior Paid Search Specialist to own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid search campaigns across Google and Microsoft platforms. This is a hands-on, in-platform role at the intersection of data, strategy, and creative testing — directly responsible for driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through meaningful media budgets. The ideal candidate is passionate about performance marketing, thrives on turning data into actionable strategy, and has a track record of delivering measurable results across paid search and performance media channels. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute paid search and Performance Max (PMax) strategies aligned with business growth goals Manage campaigns across Google Search, Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube, and Microsoft Ads Optimize audience targeting, bidding strategies, creative assets, and landing page experiences to improve performance Monitor and analyze campaign results, identifying opportunities to improve ROAS, lead quality, and customer acquisition Design and execute A/B and multivariate testing initiatives to continuously improve campaign effectiveness Partner with analytics, CRM, content, and SEO teams to leverage customer insights and attribution data Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to marketing leadership Own meaningful media budgets with accountability for qualified leads, bookings, and revenue Manage conversion tracking and offline conversion integration Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities within the paid media landscape Qualifications 4+ years of paid search or performance marketing experience, in-house or agency-side Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Performance Max, and Google Analytics (GA4) Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights Advanced Excel and reporting skills Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities Passion for testing, optimization, and continuous learning Nice to Have Experience managing Google Shopping campaigns and feed management platforms such as Feedonomics, Productsup, or GoDataFeed Experience with attribution modeling, customer lifetime value analysis, or advanced audience segmentation Google Ads or Microsoft Advertising certifications Background in travel, hospitality, or luxury brand marketing About TalentoHC Build Your Best Team Yet Executive Search | Talent Strategy | Human Capital Consulting TalentoHC is a global executive search and human capital consulting firm helping organizations build high-performing leadership teams that drive growth and transformation.
