GenAI/AI-ML Engineer - On-Premises LLMs

Salary: $135,304 - 135,304 per year Requirements:

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in AI and GenAI engineering, including demonstrated production experience.
• Strong Python programming skills and experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and Streamlit.
• Experience with AI frameworks and applied data science.
• Knowledge of natural language processing for text generation and chatbot development.
• Skills in data preprocessing, feature engineering, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Familiarity with natural language speech and search technologies such as SOLR and Lucene.
• Preferred: Experience deploying and supporting on-premises LLM stacks and RAG pipelines.
• Preferred: Background in Agile delivery and CI/CD for machine learning applications.

• Design and implement generative AI solutions using LLMs on on-premises infrastructure.
• Develop production-grade Python services and applications with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and Streamlit.
• Create and refine prompts, retrieval pipelines, and chatbots for generating text and extracting insights.
• Preprocess data and engineer features, including creating and managing embeddings and vector databases.
• Work with stakeholders to turn requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Deploy, monitor, and optimize models and services in production environments.

We are hiring a GenAI / AI-ML Engineer focused on on-premises LLMs to help build and operationalize generative AI solutions. This is a 12-month contract in Newark, Delaware, paying $65.05 per hour on W2, with an 8-hour workday and a hybrid schedule requiring at least three onsite days per week. The anticipated start month is November. Interviews will take place in one or two rounds by video, with an in-person interview potentially required; ID verification will be conducted through Glider.
