About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Director North America to lead our commercial strategy in one of our most important and fast-growing regions. This senior leader will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, driving profitable growth, developing high performing teams, and expanding Mowi's market presence across retail, foodservice, and value-added channels. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of Mowi's commercial success in North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the North American commercial strategy in alignment with global and regional business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the North American sales organization; foster a high performance, customer centric culture.
• Drive revenue and margin growth across retail, foodservice, and value-added product categories.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key strategic accounts and partners.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, and Product Development to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Ensure accuracy in sales forecasting, reporting, and budget management.
• Represent Mowi Markets North America at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is an advantage.
• Minimum 8-10 years of senior commercial leadership experience, ideally within seafood, CPG, or perishable FMCG.
• Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth in large, complex markets.
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship building skills.
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and financial acumen.
• Ability to work cross functionally in a global matrix organization.
• Willingness to travel.
