Territory Sales Director

My client is a well known technology-driven healthcare organization enabling physicians to deliver high-value care through scalable operations and cloud-based solutions They are seeking a Sales Director - Nashville to drive business and revenue growth through new logo hunting across the Nashville region. This is a very work hard / play hard type of organization where you would be pitching and closing complex software sales to physician owned practice's. Work closely with the Lead Generation team to Identify and target independent primary care physicians and specialists Lead in-person sales meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to close deals Utilize internal resources and subject matter experts to move the needle and close deals Selling to clients in a consultative manner (Thoughtful follow ups / in person meetings / Lunch and learns / selling outside clinical hours)Be engaging and non-transactional, this is not a features benefits type of sales environment. Qualifications 4+ years’ complex sales experience, selling SaaS OR AI Imaging to Physicians or Doctors required Proven track record exceeding sales targets ($1M+ annually) Engaging and consultative sales approach Reliable transportation; 80% travel onsite in Nashville - TN (no overnights - you must be local) Compensation Total package: $220K-$240K (OTE) - Most people in this role are doing $300K+ as this is uncapped Comm Equity / RSU's - ($50K vested over a 3 year period) benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, pet insurance, 401K, PTO, wellness programs) #J-18808-Ljbffr
