Position Overview
As an Account Associate with Godfrey Insurance Agency, you will play an important role in supporting agency growth while delivering outstanding service to our clients. This position combines relationship-building, customer service, and sales support responsibilities, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people and creating positive customer experiences.

We welcome experienced, licensed insurance professionals, but we are also open to exceptional entry-level candidates who demonstrate strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn. We are willing to invest in the right person who is eager to build a long-term career in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Assist customers with insurance policy questions, coverage reviews, and service requests.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Generate and follow up on leads to support agency growth.
• Process policy changes, renewals, and account updates accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain detailed client records and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Support retention efforts through proactive communication and follow-up.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build trust and rapport.
• Sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred.
• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance licenses are preferred but not required.
• Motivated, coachable, and eager to learn.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and a commitment to helping clients find the right coverage solutions.
