Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years of accounting experience 3+ years in construction industry Experience with Spectrum (preferred), Sage 300 CRE, Viewpoint Vista, Foundation, CMiC, or Microsoft Dynamics Strong experience with: Construction Accounting, Job Costing, WIP Reporting, Percentage‑of‑Completion Accounting, Retainage, Construction Billing, Revenue Recognition, and Multiple Active Construction Projects. Responsibilities Lead month‑end and year‑end close processes Prepare financial statements and GAAP‑compliant reporting Manage WIP schedules and revenue recognition Analyze job costs, project profitability, and budget variances Oversee retainage, change orders, subcontractor payments, and construction billing Partner with Project Managers and leadership on financial planning and forecasting Support audits, budgeting, and process improvements Benefits Health, Vision and Dental Insurance PTO and Retirement Why Work With Us?
