The Team
As a Cloud Engineer , you will work within the Database Platform team on the Change Data Capture (CDC) team. You will collaborate with a highly skilled, cross-functional technical team focused on delivering innovative and scalable technology solutions. You will also work closely with business teams to develop solutions that address business requirements and client challenges.

The team combines deep technical expertise with business knowledge while embracing emerging technologies in an open, collaborative, and transparent environment.

You will work with modern data replication technologies and industry best practices, while continuously enhancing the organization's data platform capabilities through dedicated learning and innovation.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or equivalent experience preferred.
Expertise in at least two of the following databases:
- Oracle
- YugabyteDB
- Aerospike
- SQL Server
- PostgreSQL
Strong experience with data movement technologies including:
- Data Streaming
- Data Replication
- Change Data Capture (CDC)
Oracle GoldenGate experience is required.
Hands-on experience designing, deploying, and administering modern data replication platforms using Oracle GoldenGate Microservices .
Experience building and deploying cloud-based data solutions on AWS and Azure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as OpenTofu or Terraform , along with scripting languages.
Strong understanding of software engineering best practices and principles.
Hands-on experience with Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery/Deployment (CD) .
Experience mentoring and coaching engineers.
Passion for continuous learning and adopting new technologies.
Cloud certifications in AWS , Azure , and Oracle GoldenGate are preferred.
