Front Desk Receptionist - Comfort Mainstay Suites Hotel 2347 Reading Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45202, USA Job Type: Full Time Workspace: Full Time, On site Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 Shift/ Schedule: 40 hour week, Monday - Sunday, Schedule may vary. Experience: Previous Hotel Experience Preferred About the Role Position Summary: The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing exceptional guest service while managing daily front desk operations in accordance with Choice Hotels brand standards. This role serves as the first point of contact for guests and ensures a smooth and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and reservations Deliver excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries or concerns professionally Operate the property management system (Choice Advantage) for reservations and billing Maintain accurate records, process payments, and balance shift transactions Answer phones and manage incoming calls in a timely and courteous manner Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance to support guest needs Follow all brand standards, policies, and procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area Qualifications/ Requirements Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer skills; experience with hotel systems is a plus Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, professional, and team-oriented About the Company Kingsley + Co. is a minority-owned real estate development firm based in Cincinnati, Ohio.
