2347 Reading Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45202, USA Job Type In Person Workspace Pay $17.00 - $19.00 Shift/ Schedule Experience Prior housekeeping experience required About the Role Comfort/ Mainstay Suites is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Inspector to help ensure our hotel consistently meets Choice Hotels brand standards and delivers a clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest experience. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, leadership qualities, and the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards in a fast-paced hotel environment. Responsibilities Inspect guest rooms, public areas, hallways, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and presentation meet Choice Hotels brand standards Verify rooms are properly cleaned, stocked, and guest-ready prior to check-in Identify cleanliness, maintenance, or safety issues and communicate them to housekeeping and maintenance teams Assist with training and coaching housekeeping staff on proper cleaning procedures and brand expectations Monitor housekeeping productivity and room quality throughout shifts Ensure proper use of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and safety procedures Help maintain linen, towel, and housekeeping supply organization Assist with room status updates and communication with the front desk when needed Support housekeeping operations during busy periods as needed Qualifications/ Requirements Previous hotel housekeeping or housekeeping inspection experience required. Knowledge of Choice Hotels brand standards is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and maintain quality standards under pressure Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Good communication and leadership skills Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout shifts About the Company Kingsley + Co. is a minority-owned real estate development firm based in Cincinnati, Ohio.
