Property Management AssociateImmediate need for a talented Property Management Associate. This is a 03-04 months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in New York, NY (Onsite).Key Responsibilities:Provide administrative and operational support for property management activitiesAnswer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional mannerCommunicate with tenants, vendors, internal teams, and other stakeholders as neededReview and verify Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for accuracy and complianceFollow up on missing, incomplete, or expired insurance documentationEnter, process, and maintain invoice information in the designated property management or accounting systemAssist with basic invoice tracking and financial administrative activitiesMaintain accurate electronic and physical records, documents, and filesAssist with issuing identification cards, access credentials, or other property-related documentation, as requiredCoordinate departmental activities and support day-to-day property operationsPerform data entry and ensure information is entered accurately into internal systemsManage multiple administrative requests and priorities in a fast-paced work environmentProvide professional customer service and promptly address inquiries or route them to the appropriate contactSupport additional administrative and property management activities as assignedKey Requirements and Technology Experience:Must have skills: Certificate of Insurance (COI) verificationAccounting experienceProperty management experienceStrong computer literacy and ability to learn new software programs and internal systemsExcellent customer service and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage phone calls, emails, documentation, and administrative tasks efficientlyStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlinesComfortable working independently in a busy, fast-paced onsite environmentProficiency with standard computer applications, including email and Microsoft Office toolsPrevious administrative, property management, facilities, office support, or customer service experienceBasic accounting, accounts payable, invoice processing, or financial administration experienceExperience reviewing Certificates of Insurance (COIs)Familiarity with property management, facilities management, or accounting softwareHigh School Diploma or GED required
