Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in the oil and gas industry, bringing a strong business mindset and results-driven approach into the agency. I studied Business Management and Economics at Prairie View A&M University, where I also played baseball, and later earned my Master’s degree from Texas A&M University. I’ve been married for nearly seven years, and we have one son and a dog. I stay actively involved in the community through the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce and the Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. ROLE DESCRIPTION As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jeffrey Sealy - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. QUALIFICATIONS Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
