As a Property Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential community while creating a positive living experience for residents and ensuring the property operates efficiently. From leasing and resident relations to budgets and vendor coordination, you'll be at the center of it all. HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT IN THIS ROLE? As a Property Manager, you will work closely with the Regional Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential community while ensuring excellent service for residents and strong property performance. You will manage leasing activities, cultivate positive tenant relationships, coordinate vendor services, oversee building operations, and assist with financial management, budgeting, and capital replacement planning. Your leadership will help maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-managed community while supporting organizational goals and operational excellence. WHO YOU ARE?
