Senior Product Manager - Government Products - Robinhood

Key Responsibilities Own the product vision and roadmap for government‑centric financial solutions, translating market needs into prioritized features. Collaborate with engineering, design, legal, and compliance teams to deliver high‑quality releases on schedule. Analyze user data, market trends, and regulatory changes to inform product decisions and optimize performance. Facilitate agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming to maintain a healthy product pipeline. Represent the product in executive briefings, stakeholder meetings, and external partner discussions. Requirements 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech or government‑related domains. Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., CFPB, FinCEN) and data privacy laws. Proven track record of launching successful products from concept to market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross‑functional leadership skills.
