Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at Yes ABA Therapy. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work closely with our clinicians to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. This is a part-time opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavioral interventions and strategies in a one-on-one setting with clients, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress, as well as maintain accurate records of sessions and treatment plans

• Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Provide ongoing support and training to clients and their families

• Maintain a safe and clean therapy environment, adhering to all program protocols and procedures

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or Bachelor's degree preferred

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Part-time hours available; some evenings and weekends may be required

• Competitive Pay- $22-$30 hourly
