Job Description

QuickPro Staffing is currently hiring Entry-Level Production Associates for a local manufacturing client. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to start a long-term career in manufacturing with no experience required.

Job Summary

Production Associates will assist in the manufacturing of industrial products in a fast-paced production environment focused on safety, quality, and teamwork.

Job Responsibilities

Operate basic production equipment and assist on assembly lines
Load and unload materials safely
Inspect products for defects and quality issues
Assist with packaging, labeling, and finishing work
Maintain a clean and safe work area (5S standards)
Follow all safety rules and production guidelines
Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

Requirements

No experience required – entry level welcome
Ability to stand for long periods during shift
Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs when needed
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Willingness to work overtime or rotating shifts if needed

Work Environment

Manufacturing plant setting
Industrial environment with machinery and production equipment
Shift-based schedule (1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift depending on availability)
Strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity
