Community Outreach & Engagement Coordinator Location: Beachwood, OH (on-site) Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $55K-85K About the Role: Are you passionate about mental health and addiction recovery? Do you love building relationships and connecting people to the care they need? We're looking for a Community Outreach & Engagement Coordinator to grow our presence in the community, build strong referral partnerships, and help individuals find their path to recovery. In this role, you'll be the face of our substance abuse treatment facility in the community — developing partnerships, representing us at events, and driving awareness of our services. What You'll Do: Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, and community organizations Represent the facility at networking events, health fairs, and community outreach initiatives Develop strategies to increase awareness of our services and generate leads for admissions Create engaging, compassionate content for blogs and newsletters that promotes our treatment services and success stories Track outreach efforts and use data to shape future engagement strategies Collaborate with clinicians, case managers, and leadership to align outreach with client care What We're Looking For: High school diploma or higher Strong writing and communication skills, with confidence in public speaking and presentations Ability to connect with diverse populations and build trust across communities A genuine passion for mental health and addiction recovery services Experience in business development, community outreach, or marketing within healthcare, behavioral health, or substance abuse treatment is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
