About the Job
As a Regional Sales Representative at EBIN NEW YORK, you will be responsible for driving sales in a specified region to achieve and exceed sales targets. Your role is crucial in driving revenue growth and expanding our OTC (Beauty Supply Store) market presence.
We are currently seeking candidates with relevant experience in the following regions: California (CA), Houston, (TX), Georgia (GA), Florida (FL), Maryland (MD), North Carolina (NC), Chicago (IL)
EBIN NEW YORK is a leading beauty brand based in New Jersey, specializing in hair care, cosmetics, lashes, and nail products. Since our inception in 2014, we have been committed to delivering high-quality beauty products that resonate with our diverse and discerning customer base. As we continue to grow, we are seeking Regional Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the region.
- Set clear sales goals and targets for the sales team.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to ensure the team's success.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize sales processes.
- Continuously identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors degree in Business, Business Administration, or related field, OR comparable record of sales leadership experience preferred.
Proficiency in Korean required.
Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
