Talent Acquisition Manager needed for a Pioneer, Ohio Company. This is a direct hire position. Pay is DOE.

Talent Acquisition Manager Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $ 55,000.00 to $ 68,000.00 / annually
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 05:00pm)

• Manage the full recruiting cycle, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offers, pre-employment requirements, hiring, and onboarding
• Partner with managers to identify staffing priorities and maintain accurate, professional job descriptions, postings, advertisements, and recruiting materials.
• Provide candidates and new hires with timely, professional communication and conduct or coordinate orientation, including Company policies, benefits, attendance, and workplace expectations.
• Support assigned employee-relations, timekeeping, drug-testing, and workplace matters by gathering information, maintaining appropriate documentation, and coordinating with HR and management
• Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential recruiting and employment records and perform other related duties as assigned
• Monitor new-hire retention and follow up with supervisors to identify performance, attendance, or fit concerns and recommend appropriate action

Talent Acquisition Manager Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent education and relevant experience, required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three to five years of progressive recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience preferred, with manufacturing/high-volume recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of federal and Ohio employment laws related to recruiting, hiring, and employment practices; proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn HR/recruiting systems.
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or other HR certification preferred
