Senior Accountant

The company fosters a dynamic environment with a family culture There is unlimited room for growth Opportunity to own processes and build SOPs Exposure to cost accounting and WIP Health, dental, vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Key Responsibilities For The Senior Accountant Act as a lead Senior Accountant overseeing project billings, cost tracking, and cash flow Perform month-end close, including general ledger reconciliation and analysis Prepare budget vs. actual reports and provide clear variance explanations Complete bank reconciliations and journal entries with high accuracy Identify and implement process improvements across accounting workflows Qualifications For The Senior Accountant Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years of accounting experience Strong Excel skills Vista software experience preferred Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr CFS
