Responsibilities Operating sheet metal fabrication equipment and tools Fabricating ductwork, fittings, and specialty materials Understanding and utilizing TDC duct-forming processes Installing dampers, turning vanes, vane rail, and sound liner Assembling ward flange systems and corners into finished products Fabricating shop stock including cleats, angles, flashing, straps, and curb materials Maintaining quality control standards on fabricated materials Monitoring shop inventory and reporting material needsAssisting with equipment maintenance and shop housekeeping Following all company safety policies and procedures Maintaining dependable attendance and punctuality Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 2 years of sheet metal fabrication experience in the construction industry Valid driver's license Ability to work overtime, weekends, or night shifts as business needs require Commitment to safe work practices and professional conduct Physical Requirements This position requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, lifting, twisting, and handling materials throughout the workday.
