Responsibilities Overseeing the accurate and efficient dispensing of medications to ensure patient safety. Ensuring compliance with all pharmacy laws, regulations, and sterile/non-sterile compounding protocols. Managing complex compounding processes, specifically focusing on BHRT, GLP-1s, and functional wellness medicines. Supervising and collaborating with pharmacy technicians to maintain high-quality standards. Ideal Candidate A valid Louisiana Pharmacist License. Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to learn intricate compounding procedures. Experience or motivation to excel in a fast-paced, specialized pharmacy environment.
