Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized, and dependable administrative professional to support the day-to-day operations of our facility. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced workplace.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional front desk and reception support, serving as a welcoming first point of contact for employees, visitors, and guests.
• Assist with planning, coordinating, and supporting facility events and activities.
• Receive, sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail on a daily basis.
• Manage visitor registration, sign-in procedures, and facility access requirements.
• Coordinate and maintain calendars, meetings, and appointments as required.
