Dialysis Operations Manager Facility Administrator

As a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) at DaVita, you’ll be part of a team that values work‑life balance and prioritizes your personal and professional growth. Develop, mentor, and inspire a cross‑functional clinical team (census depends on state laws) to deliver the best for patients, teammates, and community. Financial management. Manage the clinic’s operation and performance: adhere to budget, forecast expenses, manage vendor relationships, order supplies, and monitor compliance. Autonomy. Run the clinic independently with support and guidance from the director, regional peers, and the company to continuously improve. Culture and growth. Partner with the Regional Operations Director to identify and address employee and patient concerns to drive toward regional goals and standards. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in any field or a Registered Nurse license. Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare, business, or military management, or equivalent renal experience (nurse, dietitian, social worker, LPN, etc.) as determined by the Division Vice President or Regional Operations Director. Current CPR certification (or must be obtained within 60 days of hire or position change). Other qualifications and combinations of skills may be considered at the discretion of the Regional Operations Director or Division Vice President. Collaboration is essential; work daily with clinical and financial teams to achieve business needs. Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
